DOW can consider themselves a lot greener thanks to the decision to choose ECOPOL's fluorine-free foam. The chemical company opted for ECOPOL after a large-scale, internal selection process and many extensive tests. Unlike other foams, the extinguishing foam is not harmful to the environment, without compromising on extinguishing power.

So now they can combine sustainability with the highest level of fire safety. ZFS provided advice, engineering, project implementation, delivery and ITM for this project.
Ecopol
Just like their fluorinated foams (AFFF foam), Ecopol offers the highest level of fire safety and Ecopol Premium and Ecopol HC have been rated with the 1A/1A extinguishing rating. Ecopol uses ecological, synthetic gel instead of fluorinated derivatives.
