Aspen can consider itself much greener thanks to choosing Ecopol fluorine free extinguishing foam. After an extensive process, the pharmaceutical company from Oss made this choice following advice from ZERO Fire Systems (ZFS). Unlike other foams, this extinguishing foam is not harmful to the environment.
Selection process
The choice was made after a large-scale, internal selection process and many extensive tests. As a company, Aspen are committed to sustainability without compromising on fire safety. So, they combine sustainability with the highest level of fire safety.
Ecopol
Just like their fluorinated foams (AFFF foam), Ecopol offers the highest level of fire safety and Ecopol Premium and Ecopol HC have been rated with the 1A/1A extinguishing rating. Ecopol uses ecological, synthetic gel instead of fluorinated derivatives.
