ZERO Fire Systems specialises in designing, building and installing all kinds of valve stations and skids, the part of a fire protection system where the extinguishing system is controlled. Experience has shown that each system built needs a specific approach. No two systems are the same and that is exactly what makes us different.
Options
We collaborate with the customer to design a safe valve station that suits your company perfectly. Our systems are primarily suitable for logistics centres, helidecks, port installations and (petro) chemical plants. A valve station can be built on steel frames, trailers, special fireproof housing or in a container.
Reliable
Thanks to our design specialists and the use of reliable products and components, our systems are extremely reliable and easy to operate. The customer is involved in the engineering and installation process so that your wishes and requirements are reflected in the system.
FAT /SAT
The system will only leave the workshop after an extensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), where the customer can be present to check that everything meets the required specifications. After the system has been approved, the “plug and play” value station is delivered to the final location. We do not deliver the system until we have performed a successful Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
