Foam tanks for storing your fire extinguishing foam supply are indispensable in a fire protection system. At ZERO Fire Systems we supply different types of tanks, such as HDPE, LDPE and stainless steel tanks. We supply two types of foam tanks: atmospheric and bladder tanks.
Bladder tanks
Bladder tanks are available in vertical and horizontal versions and are used purely to store foam concentrate. This type of tank is always used in combination with a bladder tank proportioner. This has the advantage that no additional pump is required to proportion the extinguishing foam concentrate.
Atmospheric tanks
Atmospheric tanks have the advantage that they can store both extinguishing foam concentrate and ordinary water. We supply these tanks as per your requirements and always with the right connections. Good to know: an atmospheric tank is used in combination with a pump and a mixer.
Various materials
Atmospheric tanks are made of stainless steel or plastic depending on the usage. The wall thickness and shape are determined by the dimensions and/or capacity of the tank according to use. Materials used include stainless steel, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC and PVDF. The tank is installed on a flat sheet.
