BIO FOAM foam concentrates are designed for firefighting by generating high expansion foam and for extinguishing hydrocarbon fires. Depending on the equipment used, BIO FOAM can also generate low and medium expansion fire extinguishing foams. They are recommended for use where large volumes of foam are required, such as aircraft hangers, ship holds, car parks, warehouses etc.
Large areas
Thanks to the high amount of foaming, BIO Foam is ideal for keeping large areas fireproof or for flooding large spaces with finished foam. Areas such as hangars, parking garages and warehouses.
ENVIRONMENT
The R&D department of BIOex has developed BIO FOAM firefighting foam concentrates so that the concentrate is completely fluorine free, synthetic and ecological. BIO-FOAM is biodegradable. BIO-FOAM is rapidly broken down with no PBT residues (persistent bioaccumulation toxins).
Depending on the type of sewage treatment plant you use and the arrangements for using it, BIO FOAM foaming agents can be rinsed away and do not need to be drained and incinerated.

BIO Foam can be used on all types of monitors, both mobile and stationary installations. It can be used in temperatures as low as -15°C.
BIOex
BIO Foam is the environmentally friendly extinguishing foam from BIOex, a manufacturer that has been developing sustainable foam since 1998. Ecopol uses ecological, synthetic gel instead of fluorinated derivatives. Like the fluorinated foams, Ecopol offers the highest level of fire safety for different types of fires. ZFS is the distributor of the BIOex fire extinguishing foams in the Netherlands.
